This here is the extent of my graphic design abilities…I would be lying if I said it took less than 5 hours to create. This is the version of the food pyramid that I try to operate with, but you may switch it around based on your body’s unique needs (I have more success with less carbs and a little more protein). Either way, I believe that local, organic (if possible) fresh fruits and veggies should be the foundation of any diet, and that healthy fats, whole grains, and high-quality organic proteins should subsidize this foundation.
